On 6 December 2025 the Vishnupuram Literary Circle gathered at the October Gallery in central London for an evening on Stories of the True and its life in other languages. The book has been translated into several South Indian languages, and the discussion took up the Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada editions.
A panel of scholars — Dr Prameela, Pawan, and Giridharan — spoke for the Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil editions, comparing how each rendering carries the original and where it departs from it.
More than a hundred people attended.

2025 டிசம்பர் 6 அன்று, மத்திய லண்டனில் உள்ள ஆக்டோபர் கேலரியில் விஷ்ணுபுரம் இலக்கிய வட்டம் கூடியது — ஸ்டோரீஸ் ஆஃப் தி ட்ரூ நூலும், பிற மொழிகளில் அது பெற்றுள்ள வாழ்வும் குறித்த ஒரு மாலை. இந்நூல் பல தென்னிந்திய மொழிகளில் மொழிபெயர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது; மலையாளம், தெலுங்கு, கன்னடப் பதிப்புகள் இந்தக் கலந்துரையாடலில் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்பட்டன.
முனைவர் பிரமீளா, பவன், கிரிதரன் ஆகிய அறிஞர்கள் அடங்கிய குழு தெலுங்கு, கன்னடம், தமிழ்ப் பதிப்புகளுக்காகப் பேசியது — ஒவ்வொரு மொழிபெயர்ப்பும் மூலத்தை எவ்வாறு சுமந்து செல்கிறது, எங்கே அதிலிருந்து விலகுகிறது என்பதை ஒப்பிட்டு ஆராய்ந்தனர்.
